Üheskoos voolamine (2.päev)

Siin on Sigrid ja Marili taas teiega! :)

Hommik algas püha söömaajaga, millele järgnes hommikuring. Seal me kandsime eelmise aasta energia uude aastasse üle küünalde kaudu (iga aasta oleme vaimse ruumi loomiseks süüdanud töötubade ajal küünla). Siis läks ring käima ning kõik jagasid oma eelmise päeva kogemust. Kõigele oli hästi hinge läinud eelmise õhtu film "Kõikvõimas Bruce". Muidu sai kõigile puistatud palju soojust, tänulikkust ja armastust.

Hello everybody!

Here we have Sigrid and Marili at your service once again! :)

The morning began with a holy ritual that was breakfast which was followed by the morning ceremony. There we passed on last year's energy to this year through candles (every year during our workshops we have lit a candle to create a spiritual space). Then the circle was activated by sharing yesterday's experiences. Everyone had been touched by last nights movie "Bruce Almighty". In addition, all of us were sprinkled with warmth, gratitude and love.

Tänase päeva töötubade teemaks oli teineteise kuulamine. Olime kolmestes gruppides, kus igas rühmas kaks inimest rääkisid omavahel neile antud teemast ja kolmas (teema andja) analüüsis neid, et anda tagasisidet nende kehakeelest, avatusest, kuulamisest ja mõistmisest. Teisena tantsisime paaris, õrnalt puudutades üksteise sõrmeotsi ja lasime muusikal ennast kanda. Kolmandaks jagunesime samuti paaridesse, kus üks rääkis 15 minutit enda murest ja teine kuulas teda vahele segamata.

Vahepausiks võtsime tüdrukutega tripi ette, et minna Võhma kohalikku kirbuturgu. Ekstaasis naised olid üdini elevil laiast valikust ja leidudest. Kauba valikust osutusid võitjateks üks sametist pusa, mustad jalanõud, vanaema stiilis väiksem kotike ning virsikuroosa hommikumantel, mis muudeti ümber kimonoks. Piltidel neid küll näha pole, aga seal on näha teisi rikkusi.

Today's topic was listening. We were in groups of three where two people from each group had a conversation about a topic that was given to them by a third who gave feedback about their body language, openness, listening ability and comprehension. Secondly, we danced in pairs by gently touching each other's fingertips and letting music guide us. Thirdly, we were divided into pairs where one partner talked for 15 minutes about their worry and the other listened with no interruption. 

For a slight break us girls treated ourselves with a snack: a nice little shopping trip. We went to a local thrift store. Ecstatic women were profoundly excited about the wide variety of choices and finds. We ended up buying a velvet hoodie, black shoes, grandma style small purse and a peach pink bathrobes that has been modified to be a kimono. These are not shown on the pictures, however you can see other gems. 

Päeva lõpetuseks tervitasid meid kaks uut laagrilist ning siis vahetasime kõik üheskoos rõõmsasti päeva muljeid. Söögi maitsevust mainis pea iga suu. Suur aitäh suurepärase kokkamise eest, elagu Andri! Juhhei! Teisena tõsteti esile meie ühtset kulgemist, milleni me oleme lõpuks jõudnud. 

Täna me siin Mariliga lõpetame, aga oleme peagi taas teiega, jagades laagri särtsu ja pauku!

The day ended with a salute of newcomers and we exchanged our lovely impressions of the day. Everybody thought the food was heavenly. A big thanks to our lovely cook Andri! Hurray! Secondly, we highlighted our unified flow which we have finally achieved. 

It's time for me and Marili to sign off, but don't worry, never fear, we will return, sharing our zing and zang!
